Process flow of tube particle board
Log → chipping → conveying → wood chip storage → shavings → drying → grinding → shavings screening → shavings storage → sizing and waxing → uniform feeding → continuous punching → cross-cut sawing → finished product inspection and storage.
①Material preparation section: the logs transported to the factory are peeled and processed into qualified craft wood chips, and sent to the wood chip silo for storage.
② Drying section: Dry the wood shavings to a final moisture content of about 2% to 3%.
③Screening section: screening the shavings, and the qualified shavings are sent to the hollow particleboard forming line.
④Gluing supply section: uniformly sizing the shavings.
⑤Forming section: Qualified shavings are steadily and continuously fed into the hollow particleboard forming machine, and the shavings are produced under the action of the punch to produce qualified hollow particleboard.
⑥Completion section: The hollow particleboard produced is cut into standard size by a sawing machine.
